On the afternoon of March 25, Luo Yuming, Deputy General Manager of COSCO SHIPPING Energy, paid a business visit to Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration, accompanied by colleagues. Sun Guang, Director of Yingkou MSA, welcomed Luo Yuming and his entourage.

During the meeting, Luo Yuming thanked the Yingkou Maritime Safety Administration for escorting the company vessels in the Yingkou area in the past and introduced the company's operations and the features of those in Yingkou. Sun Guang fully affirmed the ships’ safety management of COSCO SHIPPING Energy and introduced MSA's policies, safety management requirements, and the latest navigation requirements, along with the development of the shipping industry and refining industry within its jurisdiction. MSA also expressed that they will continue to provide shipping companies with care and support. The two sides reached an agreement on jointly leveraging their respective advantages and further strengthening cooperation between the state and enterprises.

Sun Shihui, Deputy Director of Yingkou MSA, attended the meeting, accompanied by relevant personnel from the CSET’s Tanker Department and Dalian Marketing Center.
