Mt. YUANYUHE is the second energy-saving and environment-friendly MR product oil and crude oil ship tailored by Dalian COSCO SHIPPING Heavy Industry Co., Ltd. for COSCO SHIPPING Energy and is also a new generation of brand ship with great market competitiveness. The ship has a range of more than 15,000 nautical miles and can sail around the world. The ship has a total length of 182.9 meters, a moulded breadth of 32.26 meters, a moulded depth of 18.2 meters, a designed draft of 11 meters, a speed of 14.2 knots, and a maximum deadweight tonnage of 49,915 tons.
The ship is a typical green and intelligent ship. Its hull is fast and economical. It has the characteristics of strong cargo carrying capacity, ultra-low energy consumption, institutional safety, convenient operation and so on. It meets the requirements of nitrogen oxide tier III emission and intelligent energy efficiency management, and obtain the classification symbols of green ships and intelligent ships; The hull form has been optimized for many times, and is equipped with efficient propellers and energy-saving duct devices to ensure sailing speed and fuel economy. Under the constrained main dimensions (total length of 182.9 meters), the carrying capacity and cabin capacity are maximized, and the deadweight tonnage at the same draft is 3,000 tons more than the current mainstream MR ship design in the market. The engine and three generators meet Tier III requirements, and are equipped with high-pressure SCR to meet the requirements of the latest specifications and rules. Under Tier II mode, the main engine can start EEC steam production increase. Through practical verification, the energy-saving effect is better than the design technical indicators, reducing a lot of operating costs for ship owners; The bulkhead of the cargo hold is a trough bulkhead with no pump compartment design, equipped with 12 electric deep well main cargo pumps, 2 sump oil pumps and 1 residual liquid pump. The structural design meets the latest CSR-H specification and reaches the advanced empty ship weight index; The deck is equipped with a bridge structure, and the layout of outfitting parts is reasonable, which is convenient for the crew to operate and meets the requirements of OCIMF and EXXONMOBIL.
