On April 30, COSCO SHIPPING LNG Investment (Shanghai)-China National Petroleum Corporation State Project supervision team commandos boarded the first ship of the project, officially sounding the clarion call for the resumption of project supervision and production.
Affected by the epidemic, the state-owned project of China National Petroleum Corporation had been suspended for more than a month. In order to grasp the construction period, ensure the delivery of ships, and effectively ensure the orderly development of the company's new shipbuilding project, the COSCO SHIPPING LNG Investment (Shanghai)-China National Petroleum Corporation state project supervision team actively planned to organize and establish the first batch of resumption commandos, with a total of 7 people, implement the closed-loop management in the factory, and put into the first line of construction as soon as possible.

The external employee, Comrade Gaodeng Wu, despite the organizational relationship being not in the technical Party branch, still shows excellent Party member quality, works hard and conscientiously, and completes a large number of electrical professional inspection work. Under the cordial care of the company's leaders, COSCO SHIPPING LNG Investment (Shanghai) did both production and epidemic prevention, formed a "guarantee supply alliance", spared no effort to solve the logistics problems, and raised sufficient epidemic prevention materials for all members of the supervision group, including 1,000 masks, 1 box of hand sanitizer, 1 box of sterile alcohol, 1,000 pairs of disposable gloves, 40 disposable protective clothing and 800 antigen detection reagents. Food and fodder went ahead of troops and horses, and sufficient material resources were the basis for doing a good job of epidemic prevention, helping the supervision team to resume production and run out of speed.

With the active cooperation of Hudong Shipyard, commando members carried out antigen detection and nucleic acid detection respectively in the morning and evening every day, and reported nucleic acid detection results and personal health status within the working group. Before entering the factory and boarding, clothes and soles were required to be disinfected, and meals were required to be eaten at their respective stations three times a day. Doing a good job in various epidemic prevention measures to ensure the health of employees is the greatest support for the smooth and orderly resumption of work and production.
Limited by the epidemic situation in each community, most employees of the manufacturing supervision team couldn’t return to their posts immediately. The home office staff of the supervision group actively communicated with the on-site staff, and used the forms of video conference and picture description to carry out online drawing discussion and remote inspection, which provided an effective supplement to the specific inspection situation on site. Subsequently, under the conditions permitted by the epidemic prevention and control policy, the CNPC state project supervision team will successively send more capable forces to help the project resume production and gradually return to normal.
