Guangzhou Center, with customer groups in South China as the target, analyzes the different needs on safety management from marine terminal customers, terminal oil depot customers and refinery petrochemical customers, knows the "pain points" and "difficulties" faced by customers in safety management, cargo operation and freight quality management in details through on-site visits, and takes the initiative to design and provide personalized training services.
Zhanjiang Zhonghai Asphalt Company is the main customer of the company for the business line of carrying cargoes from Weizhou platform to Zhanjiang. Due to the high solidification point of Weizhou crude oil, in order to ensure the safety of the pipeline and prevent solidification and follow the requirements of national environmental protection policies, it was mandatory to replace the pipeline with water after each unloading. Such acts brought a heavy burden to the water use of the terminal and the production sewage treatment, and also hindered the efficiency of the production devices of the company. Upon being informed of this situation, the Guangzhou Center, combining with the extended safety marketing service activities and the company's safety and technical strength, connected the upstream Weizhou platform and the company's carriers, and closely cooperated with the unloading dock of Zhanjiang Zhonghai Asphalt Company. Guangzhou Center studied and formulated relevant unloading and pipeline operation plans. It carried out the whole process of tracking and coordinating services in aspects of cargo volume and safety, which successfully solved this urgent production problem and won the praise of Zhanjiang Zhonghai Asphalt Company.
In addition, Guangzhou Center also builds a platform through party building, cooperates with customers to carry out safety-related training, seminars, and standard setting, and has created the Weizhou Safety Management Model with the Weizhou Terminal of CNOOC Zhanjiang Branch and the Weizhou Island Marine Department of Beihai Maritime Bureau, thus setting a benchmark of multi-party cooperation in the industry; the activity of civilization co-building with the Shajiao Marine Department has witnessed its 24th anniversary, which is widely known in the industry. Dalian Center: taking the initiative to expand services
Recently, Dalian Center sent safety experts to Dongying to participate in the technical review meeting for the Program Ensuring Navigation Safety for Inner Channel Project of Environmental Protection Harbor Pool in Dongying Port. Dongying Maritime Bureau and Dongying Port Economic Development Zone Management Committee attached great importance to this review meeting. To ensure the safety of navigation of operating carriers during the construction of the 100,000-ton inner channel of Dongying Port, the company's safety experts, together with experts from Sinopec Shengli Oilfield and other units, reviewed the "Program" sent by Shandong Provincial Traffic Planning and Design Institute and other units, and put forward opinions.
Since this year, Dalian Center has conducted business exchanges and other safety marketing activities with Dongying Maritime Bureau for several times. Dongying Maritime Bureau has highly praised and fully trusted the company's practical spirit, rigorous and responsible attitude and professional know-hows, so it has invited Dalian Center's safety experts to participate in its technical review meetings for "Program Ensuring Safety for Liquid Bulk Cargo Berth Engineering Construction" and "Program Ensuring Navigation Safety for Inner Channel Project of Environmental Protection Harbor Pool in Dongying Port.
Since the launch of the special activities of extended safety marketing services, Dalian Center has conducted many safety training lectures for customers such as Dongying Maritime Bureau, Rizhao Shihua Terminal Company and Hengli Petrochemical.
