On November 15, the inauguration ceremony of Dalian COSCO SHIPPING Energy Supply Chain Co., Ltd. was held. During the event, the Dalian municipal government, the Changxing Island Management Committee, as well as business partners such as SPIC Jilin Electric Power Co., Ltd., CNOOC Sales, and CGN Liaoning Branch signed investment or business cooperation agreements with the company, focusing on the development of the LPG fleet and hydrogen-based new energy business.

Dalian COSCO SHIPPING Energy Supply Chain Co., Ltd. specializes in the transportation of LPG and other gaseous chemicals, as well as integrated logistics for hydrogen-based green energy. The company is committed to building a LPG transportation fleet ranking first in China and leading in the world. With the mission of "developing a marine transport corridor for hydrogen-based green energy in Northeast China", it aims to enhance the resilience and security of the industrial supply chain. On Changxing Island (Xizhong Island) in Dalian, the company has built a comprehensive supply chain for chemical and new energy integrated logistics.
